This allows us to keep the game free, fair, and rewarding without ever asking users for a credit card or subscription fee.

We take your privacy seriously. We only collect the minimal information needed to operate the game, verify US residency, prevent cheating, and process prize payouts. We do not sell your personal data. We use standard browser cookies to serve relevant ads via Google AdSense and maintain your quiz session. To maintain a level playing field, we strictly enforce a 2-entry-per-day limit per user. Any attempts to bypass this using multiple accounts, VPNs, proxies, or device switching will result in an immediate and permanent ban. Additionally, using AI recognition tools, screen recorders, or automated scripts is strictly prohibited. If you score a perfect 10/10 legitimately, you will be paid your $40 prize via PayPal or Venmo within 24 hours of claim verification.

Currently, SoundDrop is restricted to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. This is due to complex international regulations regarding digital trivia payouts, sweepstakes compliance, and regional advertising standards. We actively use geo-verification to enforce this rule. We hope to expand to other countries in the future as we scale.
